

If you’ve integrated your Zoom client with your Microsoft 365 calendar, you can schedule meetings and classes and make them recurring, if needed. You can use zoom for one-on-one meetings, small classes, or classes up to 500. In some cases, these cannot be changed, as there are a few options that are locked administratively.Zoom allows you to customize your session depending on your needs. The default settings are a mirror of the administrative defaults, but many can be changed here by the user in their account. Settings menu allows you to customize your default settings. Recordings menu allows you to access your stored recordings on the cloud. Please refer to Creating and Starting a Zoom Webinar for more information. Webinars menu allows you to access Webinars scheduled upon request from the AAS team. For larger meetings, Our account allows meetings of up to 300 participants and can be updated upon request to allow up to 500 participants. Meetings menu allows you to join a meeting, host a meeting, or schedule a meeting from the SSO.
